Position: Operations Assistant
Hours: 15/week flexible working hours
Salary: 2000 USD/month + 5% of every completed order

This position is a home-office position. All applicants will be considered,
independantly of nationality.

General purpose.
Perform clerical tasks connected with the competent maintenance and operating
with settlements with customers. To get to be Operations Assistant you must
have good organizational skills and be able to work under time limit
pressure.

Duties.
1. Take payments from customers;
2. Process requests;
3. Forwarding the transfers through Western Union or Money Gram systems;
4. Make up monthly reports;
5. Maintain all necessary records;
6. Keeping precise records of operations.

Required skills.
1. Possibility to work from home;
2. Permanently living in Japan;
3. Stress immunity;
4. Japanese language: Conversational level;
5. English language: Intermediate level;
6. Experienced PC user.
7. Previous experience as operations assistant is a plus.
