Position: Operations Assistant
Hours: 15/week flexible working hours
Salary: 2000 USD/month + 5% of every completed order

This position is a home-office position. All applicants will be
considered, independantly of nationality.

General purpose.
Perform office jobs related to the organized maintenance and handling
settlements with customers. To get to be Operations Assistant you must
be a good organizer and manage with working under deadline a stress.

Job activities.
1. Receive payments from clients;
2. Process requests;
3. Forwarding the transfers through Western Union or Money Gram systems;
4. Write monthly reports;
5. Supply all necessary records;
6. Keeping accurate records of operations.

Required skills.
1. Ability to work from home;
2. Constantly living in Japan;
3. Resistance to stress;
4. Japanese language: Conversational level;
5. English language: Intermediate level;
6. Experienced PC user.
7. Previous experience as accountant manager is a plus.
